Plays a crucial support role in Rochester’s implementation of LearningPro LMS Project Goals: Designs the change management plan to ensure all Bridge Training is added to LMS for Rochester employees Uploads and converts all Rochester Quality System (RQS) Trainings to LearningPro LMS as an E-Learning interactive file Tags and categories trainings when applicable Informs on best practice for uploading revised training records, in order to assign to new and previously trained employees or groups of employees in an automated fashion Automate new hire training using Learning Paths in the system Assign all new & existing employees to a group or Learning Path based upon job title or level, in order to automatically assign all new and revised required trainings in a streamlined fashion Defines the process Quality Department must follow in order for their new & updated trainings to be uploaded in the system. Ex) File type, image or quiz requirements, categories, and turn-around time. Educates on best ways to prevent manual tasks in the system Uses the Training Matrix as a guide; offers updates and suggestions to improve upon the Matrix. Assigns permission sets, and roles to automate Learning Plans for New Hires with specific job titles or departments Collaborates with Quality, HR, EHS, and leadership teams to ensure all training is up to date Collaborates Talent Development Specialist to follow best practices in the LearningPro LMS system, and request and or delegate proper admin access for project completion Assigns New Hire Training and assists with on-boarding checklist Back-up for other HR Admin tasks as they may arise. Begins to learn HR Generalist duties to assist in Sr. HR Generalist absence, if/when feasible. This may include: Payroll approval in UKG & SharePoint LOA Process Personnel file management New & Temporary Employee Training Employer sponsored event planning Employee engagement, and employee recognition Wage analysis, promotions, and merit increases Monthly HR reporting All other duties as assigned Requirements: Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to multi – task setting daily priorities Detail oriented – highly administrative Communication and organizational skills to coordinate or train others to accomplish goals. Hearing protection, safety shoes, vision and other protection required when in manufacturing areas. This role operates in a professional office environment that may have some exposure to a manufacturing environment. Employee is rarely exposed to non-toxic/nuisance smells from chemicals, airborne dust, moving mechanical parts, high noise levels and hot/humid environmental conditions in the manufacturing areas.
