This individual will be both customer and internal facing and will coordinate activity of all parties to meet start up and operational requirements in a timely and cost-efficient manner. What are we looking for: Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent experience required. 3-5 years of experience with RNG plants in both landfill and biogas settings and/or gas compression and separation equipment and processes in related industries. Experience with RNG equipment design, manufacturing, testing, and startup. Excellent problem-solving skills - ability to "think on your feed" and resolve issues in the field in real time. Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work collaboratively with other project managers, engineers, and trades. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office. CAD experience a plus. Project management skills (PMP a plus). Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
