The purpose of this position is to work closely with internal and external customers to support Engineering documentation requirements associated with sales orders to exceed customer expectations. In this role you will receive, manage, and control documents within Sumitomo's systems, assist with project monitoring, analyze data, and help produce change control documents.
Essential Functions (other duties may be assigned):
- Perform daily coordination and administration of technical information as specified by internal and external customers.
- Generate O&M Manuals and procedural documentation.
- Disseminate and manage approval drawings.
- Maintain technical documentation and library (both physical and electronic) assuring completeness and integrity.
- Assist Project Manager in creating and sharing project plans, technical documentation, and presentations.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma is required. Some college coursework is preferred.
- Two (2) years of administrative experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio; as well as Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and be a participative team member.
- Any additional essential skills and/or knowledge as shown in the HRIS Career & Education > Skills section for incumbents holding this job title.
