Overview

This Section offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and motivated Physician to join its group. Hospital Medicine experience is a bonus, and experienced non-hospitalists are encouraged to apply

The MD will be dedicated to inpatient care on the Hospital Medicine Inpatient Service, which is comprised of medical patients in general medical, stepdown and Intensive care units. As such, the MD will have a strong interest in working in a hospital environment with complex and acutely ill medical patients, will round with the Hospital Medicine Team, and will facilitate admissions in the evening. The position will provide cross-coverage for hospitalist patients including performing clinical assessments and formulating diagnostic and therapeutic treatment plans as needed.

Currently, our schedule needs will include a combination of:
  • Nocturnist Night shifts
  • Weekend Days flexibly scheduled

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine

  • Eligible for Federal DEA Registration.
