**About the Role:**

Society of Hospital Medicine seeks a skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join their team in Keene, NH. As an integral part of our Hospital Medicine team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to hospitalized patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing emergencies, pain, hypertension, and abnormal laboratory values
  • Performing in-person rounding on inpatient floors
  • Admitting patients from the ER and fulfilling consult requests
  • Coodinating transfers into and out of the hospital

About You:

We are seeking an experienced provider with strong inpatient skills, preferably in Hospital Medicine. A Graduate degree from an accredited APRN or PA program is required, along with NCCPA certification or board certification by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Eligibility for licensure in New Hampshire is also required.
