Develop, test and maintain both asset and legacy code. This role requires on-site work in Albuquerque , NM. Develops and tests training materials for a variety of web media across multiple browsers. Follows established guidelines to design and develop training materials for delivery in an instructor led classroom setting or student computer aided learning. Interviews SMEs, locates and extracts information from redlines, CAM sheets, lesson storyboards and other customer documents as required to ensure training meets ISD and technical requirements. Develops lesson storyboards, project mark up, UI prep and other project staging materials using industry standard software. Collaborates with SMEs, media artists and instructional designers to build assets with multiple media variables including but not limited to photography and videography. Successfully collaborates with both local and remote team members. Uses established standards for format, style guides and best practice procedures. Exercises good judgment in interpreting instructions and assumes responsibility for accuracy and completeness of work performed. Assists in front-end analysis through interaction with subject matter experts (SMEs) and/or customer representatives while ensuring compliance with required standards, policies, and quality procedures. Conducts internal quality checks (IQCs) on all asset/media courseware deliverables to meet established standards outlined in the Quality Management System (QMS). Works with assigned experts to develop sound interactive learning assets through a process that includes review and research of government furnished materials (GFMs). Works both independently and collaboratively with other team members to validate training materials. Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Instructional Technology, or relevant discipline or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training. Proficient in HTML, CSS, Javascript and its frameworks. Proficient in programming languages such as C#, Unity gaming engine is a plus. Proficient in industry standard technology trends. Three years experience in software development, programming, coding, web development, gaming development. Excellent attention to detail, excellent oral and written communications skills. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and concurrent projects. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to accept direction from other managers on various projects. Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Power Point, Excel, etc.) Preferred Skills Experience with multimedia deliverables. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Audition, Animate, etc.) Experience in 2D animation/interactivity/creating mobile apps. Experience in developing training programs, multimedia courseware, aviation training. Experience with LMS, LCMS, Moodle and/or other learning content management systems. Experience in designing and developing government training curriculum. Basic knowledge of flight and aircrew training.
