A Quality Documentation Admin is needed for one of the world's largest suppliers of aerospace and defense products in the Sterling, VA area. This position involves managing and organizing quality documentation, supporting administrative tasks, and coordinating logistics, while collaborating with various departments and providing excellent customer service.

responsibilities:

Classify, label, file, and archive quality documentation according to company policies.

Manage and revise departmental files, coordinate document archiving logistics with vendors.

Prepare materials for departmental meetings or reviews as needed.

Assist with catering support for internal and customer meetings (set up/take down).
-
Collaborate with other administrative assistants to share knowledge and coordinate activities across the business.

Interface with personnel from various departments and external contacts.
-
Perform additional tasks and special projects as requested by leadership.
