MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be fully vaccinated with booster for COVID-19 and vaccinated for the flu
  • Associates Degree or equivalent required, Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of assisted living, memory care, senior living, or CCRC sales experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proven success with use of CRM and virtual sales technology
  • Ability to travel locally to fulfill job responsibilities
  • Ability to periodically travel overnight as needed
  • Ability to work flexible schedules in a 24 hour operation including weekends
THE BELMONT VILLAGE DIFFERENCE

This position will support sales at multiple Belmont Village communities. Additional special project assignments may be offered and flexibility to travel to any Belmont Village community throughout the U.S. as needed is preferred.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Will work collaboratively with the existing Community Relations Sales teams to advance sales toward move-in and exceed occupancy goals.
  • Will be knowledgeable in and able to effectively articulate to prospective residents the features, advantages, and benefits of assisted living and memory care.
  • Through a consultative sales approach will effectively advance sales relationships to close resulting in resident move-ins.

  • Maintains relationships of trust with key area physicians, medical communities, and potential referral sources
  • Will be knowledgeable in the current competitive senior living market through in-person visits to area senior living communities.
  • Plans, organizes, and participates in marketing events and seminars to promote Belmont Village Senior Living.
  • Ensures sales service fulfillment by maintaining communications with residents, families, and referralsources for future referrals
  • Senior Living experience preferred
