Duties/Responsibilities:

Leads and directs the work of other employees and has authority for personnel decisions.

Establish and review schedules for client check-ins, develop and implement procedures for addressing client issues or concerns.

Provide guidelines for upselling and cross-selling, and establish individual revenue targets.

Personally handle larger, more complex, or more critical accounts.

Manage the order process for EquipmentShare National accounts

Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with the level of service and support they are receiving from EquipmentShare. Keep them up-to-date about new or additional ways in which EquipmentShare can help improve their business.

Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications.

Work with all locations to ensure National account orders are handled promptly and correctly.

Education and Experience:

At least 3 years of sales/operations experience (equipment rental experience is a plus)

At least 5 years management experience
Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Up to 40% travel will be required.
