Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Leads and directs the work of other employees and has authority for personnel decisions.

  • Establish and review schedules for client check-ins, develop and implement procedures for addressing client issues or concerns.

  • Provide guidelines for upselling and cross-selling, and establish individual revenue targets.

  • Personally handle larger, more complex, or more critical accounts.

  • Manage the order process for EquipmentShare National accounts

  • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with the level of service and support they are receiving from EquipmentShare. Keep them up-­to­-date about new or additional ways in which EquipmentShare can help improve their business.

  • Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications.

  • Work with all locations to ensure National account orders are handled promptly and correctly.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to work as part of a team and build collaborative relationships

  • Ability to make complex decisions

  • Ability to manage growing growing team and support training training initiatives

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles.

  • Performs complex tasks typically following established processes but comfortable with creating new processes.

  • Responsible for administering established policies and procedures but may have some impact on departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural change.

Education and Experience:

  • At least 3 years of sales/operations experience (equipment rental experience is a plus)

  • At least 5 years management experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

  • Up to 40% travel will be required.
