  • Assist customers in selecting, implementing, and tuning configuration management (CM) technology platforms
  • Assist customers in selecting, implementing, and tuning continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) technology platforms
  • Assist customers in ensuring operational readiness for launching secure and scalable workloads into public and hybrid cloud environments
  • Work with customers to validate and troubleshoot existing CI and CM practices, and make recommendations for improvements and optimization
