In this role, you will have the opportunity to plan and administer prescribed skilled physical therapy treatment and training for patients. You will work with a team to develop and implement conditioning and rehabilitation programs, monitor patient progress, and provide valuable input to the patient's physician and clinical team members. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in supervising and evaluating staff performance and ensuring accurate documentation of patient care. If you possess a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program and have a minimum of one year of physical therapy experience, we encourage you to apply and join our team in making a positive impact on the lives of our patients.

Required Experience/Skills:

  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program (approved by the APTA)
  • Minimum of one year physical therapy experience preferred
  • Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation are required
