Essential Job Functions
  • Ensure the HR Function is running smoothly by supporting the HR org in client facing duties, and building strong operational activities. This role would implement actions to improve systems, practices and programs while helping HR build strategic HR capabilities like OE and Change Mgmt disciplines.
  • In partnership with the CHRO, design the annual HR strategy and ensure key deliverables are being met on the HR annual strategy to include a HR alignment with a focus on optimizing key HR foundational operations like recruitment, benefits, reporting and technology.
  • Assess, diagnose and recommend tools and resources that align with business issue/problem
  • Help build HR KPI’s discipline and develop data-based insights to influence strategic decisions
  • Provide leadership coaching to critical top talent leaders in the business and actively drive leader development
  • Drive / influence BU people strategy initiatives with business leaders to help the org maturity in Ways of Working
  • Quickly evaluate and develop agile, iterative strategies for implementing strategic project work, opportunities and/or recommendations
  • Serve as Leader for key deliverables, (co)creating framework/toolkit around HR capability areas
  • Serve as the business’s primary point of contact for strategic partnership, assembling cross-functional teams with HR/BUs to accomplish objectives; influence and orchestrate resources to achieve desired results
  • Lead implementation of talent management & workforce planning strategies in partnership with CHRO
  • Help establish/rollout a Total Rewards framework
  • Serve as strategic thought partner
  • Assess current state performance on a wide range of factors (in order to fill all gaps well)
  • Mentor and guide HR Managers in partnership on key initiatives, providing feedback and developmental support
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Master's degree in business or human resources strongly preferred. SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, SPHR, and/or PHR certification also preferred
  • 15 years of experience in human resources as a high performer, including HR leadership and people management
  • Demonstrated expertise in executing HR plans for rapid growth in turnaround environments.
