Engages in other duties as needed that support Alliant Energy’s Values and helps deliver on our Purpose to serve customers and build stronger communities. Participate in on-call rotations, including outside business hours; must be prepared to travel as required. Required Qualifications 2 years of related experience. Hardware installation experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience communicating professionally with end users in problem / urgent situations.
