Description
The Sr Administrative Assistant will provide receptionist support to Monadnock Family Services' (MFS) administrative team; administrative support to Monadnock Family Services' (MFS) C-Suite Executives to include CEO, CFO, and Development Director (DD); and will be responsible for the opening and distributing incoming mail for the Keene locations and recording miscellaneous daily cash receipts. The role reports to the CFO. Travel in Keene comprises 5-10%.
Requirements
Required knowledge, skill and abilities:
Individual must possess knowledge, skills and abilities or be able to explain and demonstrate that the individual can perform the primary functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skill and abilities to possess the necessary physical requirements, with the aid of mechanical devises, to safely perform the primary functions of the job.
Qualifications:
- 2 yr minimum college education or training in relevant field
- A minimum of six years of related office work experience in similar executive position
- Must be able to demonstrate strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Raiser's Edge and/or data base experience a definite plus.
- Must be able to work independently, have excellent communication skills and possess the skills to problem solve and prioritize duties.
