Role name: Program Manager Role Description: 1. Leads the management, execution, and delivery of large-scale programs (multi-year, large cost and scope, etc.) and/or the oversight and governance of programs to ensure alignment to the line of business strategic imperatives and to monitor program health. 2. Works to achieve multi-year program deadlines, scope, and overall program benefits. Defines multiple program strategies based on business demand and return on investment expectations.3. Partner with customer leadership on establishing effective change & communication plan, information distribution, and cross-CoSA collaboration4. Enforces the agile process workflow and holds individual team members accountable for responsibilities and commitments5. Anticipates challenges, identifies risks, and recommends mitigations and solutions. Owns and drives those solutions. Encourages and coach teams to be self-accountable and self-empowered6. Leads key Agile meetings such as Scrum workshops to shape discussions and share best-in-class practices. Impeccable communication and time management skills, and expertise in project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence etc. Competencies: Program Management, Digital : Machine Learning, Digital : Artificial Intelligence(AI), Design for GenAI Experience (Years): 8-10 Essential Skills: 1. Expertise in leading large AI&Client programs/initiatives, advanced data analytics engagements including model development2. Experience with establishing programs and leading them end to end while scaling for growth3. Experience (typically) of managing multiple teams 4. Experience building relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels and collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple locations5. Comfortable navigating ambiguous situations6. Experience communicating with data to drive change; ability to find commonalities in GenAI initiatives across organization, identify opportunities to optimize and innovate across the organization, ability to build a common strategy 7. Develops strong partnerships with product owners, architects and development Leads to transform Business objectives into execution strategy8. Ability to assess program risks across multiple product teams and report impact to the customer's strategic objectives9. Accountable for zero-tolerance adherence to Scrum processes (Standups, Release plan, Sprint Planning, Reviews and Retros)10. Expertise in Scrum/Agile methodologies, and strong experience/understanding of Scrum/Agile at Scale (SAFe). Typically has rich and varied experience of working in an Agile based fashion and has a robust understanding of the pitfalls and guardrails Desirable Skills: Agile methodologies, SAFe
