Job Description:
- Provide high-quality inpatient care, admissions assessments and observe patients in the ER.
- Coordinate patient care and direct assistive personnel to ensure safe, effective, efficient, equitable and timely patient-centered care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals and act as a patient advocate.
- Maintain and participate in annual mandatory education requirements and quality improvement activities to enhance professional development.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
- 1-3 years of related work experience required.
- Current Registered Nurse license.
- Basic Life Support Certificate from American Heart Association required.
