If you’re driven to achieve more, love developing relationships with clients, and have a strong work ethic, start your application right now Responsibilities: • Develop relationships with potential clients by utilizing established systems and processes. • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to build and maintain a list of leads. • Educate and assist clients with the buying and selling process of residential and investment properties. • Follow up on leads to convert prospective buyers into official appointments. • Maintain existing relationships with current clients. • Be held accountable to weekly goals and performance standards. Qualifications: • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Must possess a real estate license • Must possess the ability to want to continue learning, be solution-oriented, great communication and desire to grow personally and professionally • Previous sales experience is a plus * This is a commission-based position. We provide you with leads, tools, training, and accompaniment in order to you have a successful career with us. Compensation: $50,000+ with our commission plan
