Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are in need of a real estate inside sales agent to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for prospecting new leads, making cold calls, building relationships with potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate. $50,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities:
  • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs
  • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
  • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
  • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals
  • Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads

  • Follow up with prospects via phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
  • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
  • Follow up, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments
  • Be held accountable weekly for your goals, leads given and performance 
  • Maintain and grow existing relationships 
  • Educate and Assist people with selling and buying their homes as well as investment properties
Qualifications:
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
  • Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license
  • At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position

  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license
  • Must possess the ability to want to continue learning, be solution-oriented, have great communication and desire to grow personally and professionally 
  • Previous sales experience is a plus
