Job Description They'll be doing break/fix tickets and service requests 75% of the time, and 25% of the time they will be supporting projects. Some projects could include collapsing domains, imaging and rolling out machines for Windows 10. They will also be spending some time supporting asset management. Some of the break fix issues could be related to PCs, Printers and other peripheral devices (connectivity), why applications aren't running, putting machines into AD. They use Bomgar to do remote support, they have desktops and VDI. Vocera Support for their Voice Environment, and Empravada Badge Access. Citrix environment, some basic EPIC support as well. Employee Value Proposition (EVP) They'll have the direct ability to impact their local healthcare provider. They could be fixing the technology that goes on to support their parents, children, or spouse. Work Environment Business Casual. No Jeans, cargo shorts, or tennis shoes. Must wear collared shirts (Polos are acceptable), shirts must be tucked in. No smoking or vaping on campus. Business Drivers/Customer Impact They're not currently capable of doing all the projects and executing the day-to-day support.
