Works under minimal supervision. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Has intermediate knowledge of all areas of the aircraft and assigned work area. Repair, modify, replace, or otherwise perform routine aircraft maintenance work in specialized area of aircraft. Properly utilized and maintain Avionics hand tools to perform repairs and installations. Accurately document work performed as set forth by ATS and customer maintenance programs daily using the standard format. Prepare routine reports and correspondence. Fabricate per drawings and standard practices wire bundles and assemblies to include marking of wires, properly securing wires into bundles, and termination of wires into a variety of contacts and connectors. Diagnoses problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments. Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum two (2) years of avionics experience. Airframe (A) or Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License is a plus Previous aircraft maintenance experience highly encouraged, but not required. PHYSICAL EFFORT AND DEXTERITY: Compensation The full base pay range for this position is $21.50 – 39.00 (expressed as hourly for non-exempt), exclusive of benefits or potential bonuses. The lower end of the range represents the target base pay for those beginning or developing in the role. The higher end of the range is intended for those who have mastered the role, with proven significant expertise, high achievement, and specialized skills. If you are hired at ATS, your hourly rate will be based on factors including skills, education and experience. In addition to those factors – we consider internal equity of our current employees when determining offers. This position is eligible for an annual bonus.
