Our client is a leading global enterprise specializing in the design, production, and distribution of aerospace systems, including aircraft, spacecraft, and advanced defense technologies.

In this position, you will engage in machine setup, machining processes, welding preparation, and welding operations, as well as sheet metal fabrication and extrusion tasks. Your responsibilities will also encompass composite lay-up, fabrication, and assembly activities, along with the assembly of precision mechanical and electro-mechanical components.

Key responsibilities include assembling, repairing, modifying, and installing various power systems and drive mechanisms, executing soldering tasks on electronic and avionics components, and assembling and installing wire harnesses and avionics systems.

You will be tasked with preparing test articles, fixtures, and data collection devices for various evaluations, conducting basic organic chemical conversions and paint preparations, and applying standard organic coatings for corrosion resistance and aesthetic requirements.

This role involves working on items of moderate complexity utilizing established drawings and specifications.

This is a Contract-to
Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).Work Site
This is a fully on-site position.Work Environment
Manufacturing setting, which may be noisy at times, necessitating effective teamwork and the maintenance of a tidy workspace. The role is entirely onsite, with shifts from 6:45 am to 3:30 pm or 3:30 pm to 12:00 am.

Candidates must be flexible to work both 1st and 2nd shifts, as assignments may alternate between these shifts.

Orientation and training will be conducted on the 1st shift, regardless of the assigned shift.
