We’re looking for an ambitious Junior Account Executive to join our team and help us drive client success.

Position Overview:

As a Junior Account Executive at Paragon NYC, you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining client relationships while developing your skills in sales and account management. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is personable, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with our Senior Account Executives to learn the ins and outs of the sales process and grow within the role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Interaction: Engage with potential and current clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Support: Assist in managing a sales pipeline by preparing proposals, setting appointments, and following up on leads.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and client needs to anticipate opportunities for new and existing clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to strategize and execute successful sales campaigns.
