NOW OPEN - KALOLOGIE MEDSPA AT HYATT REGENCY HUNTINGTON BEACH: Kalologie Medspa is hiring a Front Desk Associate to work at our location at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa. 

WHO WE ARE: Kalologie Medspa combines the latest in medical aesthetic treatments, rejuvenating skin care, and results-oriented body treatments to help clients look and feel their best. Kalologie is a premier provider of medical aesthetic treatments such as IV Therapy, Neurotoxins, Fillers, CoolSculpting, and Microneedling. We are rapidly growing - with locations in California, Arizona, Texas, Colorado, and Nevada.

WHO WE NEED: We are currently looking to add a Front Desk Associate to our team


WHO YOU ARE: Candidates should be energetic and results-oriented, with a friendly manner, outstanding communication skills, an attention to detail, computer experience and a passion for the aesthetic industry to be a part of our growing team This role is the first impression of our spa and sets the tone for everyone's experience from that point on. Must be punctual, well-spoken with a positive attitude and a team player Ability to effectively communicate with clients about treatments, products, membership benefits, and center policies and procedures. Our ideal candidate will have medspa or spa experience.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule is a must, including some evenings and weekends
  • The ability to follow a proven process and work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to meet objectives and course correct when needed
  • Experience in a similar field strongly preferred
  • Must be punctual, reliable and highly organized
  • Be efficient, detail-oriented and a quick learner
  • Comfortable using Mac computers and applications, computer savvy
  • Knowledge of electronic medical records preferred
  • Must be friendly, upbeat and honest
  • Maintain poise under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Greeting: You will be responsible for warmly greeting clients, rebooking their next appointments, and executing all front office duties efficiently.
  • Client Information: Accurately input all client information into computer. Record any relevant notes. Upon each visit, confirm client information on file for accuracy, update any changes.
  • Waiting Time: Ensure that all clients have minimal wait times by monitoring the schedule flow, keeping technicians on track and informing clients if there is a delay in the schedule. Offer beverages to clients who wait and ensure they are comfortable. Maintain a neat and clean waiting room/reception area.
  • Liaison: Interact with vendors and reps, act as a liaison between them and manager.
  • Maintenance: Perform opening and/or closing procedures.
