Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) is seeking a motivated, reliable and creative individual with a keen interest in content creation to join our team

as a Content Marketing Assistant. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our dynamic Content Marketing team, contributing to a variety of writing tasks and assisting in project coordination.

This is a project-based position ideal for a student worker, requiring 10-15 hours of work per week on average. This position is fully remote, allowing you to set your own schedule while meeting weekly project benchmarks and deadlines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Learn and Apply SEO: Develop a foundational understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and implement your growing knowledge to re-optimize content.
  • Re-optimize Content: Refresh and enhance existing articles by incorporating current data, reliable sources and industry best practices.
  • Support Various Projects: Aid the Content Marketing team with a variety of other tasks and projects as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Educational Enrollment: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at SNHU, pursuing a degree in writing, marketing, communication or a related field.
  • Work-Study Eligibility: Must have work-study as part of your financial aid package.
  • Writing Interest and Experience: Demonstrated interest in and/or experience with writing for marketing purposes.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficient in the English Language, both written and verbal.
Work Hours:
  • Flexible Schedule: Hours may vary based on project needs and your availability.
  • Weekly Hours: 10-15 hours per week on average for approximately 16 weeks.
Learning Outcomes/Skills Acquired:

Compensation
