We are looking for someone with several years of hospitality/private club experience, great knowledge of how the front desk at a spa works, and the passion to contribute to the continued success of our luxury property, by creating excellent member experiences.

The Club operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so operational demands require variations in shift days, starting and ending times, and hours worked in a week.

This is a full-time, hourly position with a competitive compensation of $19.00 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition to competitive pay, our employees also have access to health insurance, and opportunities for advancement within the company.

General Requirements

  • Greet and welcome members and their guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
  • Provide information to callers and visitors about the company and its services.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendar.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filling, data entry, and organizing documents.
  • Receive and distribute mail and packages.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Process payments for spa services and accurately process transactions.
  • Performs other appropriate tasks assigned by the Front Office Manager.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, some college coursework preferred.
  • Prior experience in a customer service role or hospitality industry / spa from desk is preferred. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills for booking appointments and processing payments. 
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information. 
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
