Description Duties

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has deep experience in brokerage operations.

Responsibilities
Develop an understanding of standard operating procedures and job aids.
Work and get comfortable with ambiguity in a fast paced environment.
Work closely with peers to provide support in functional areas of operation and provides feedback
Review and action accounts in accordance with firm policy and procedure.
Collaborate directly with lead and peers.
Perform and complete daily operational processing functions and maintain records in accordance with the firm's Written Supervisory Procedures and operational processes.
Have a high-level understanding of SEC / Client regulations that pertain to the subject matter.

Skills: Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in brokerage operations.
Brokerage operations generalist, you have worked in various functions of a brokerage operations team which may include accounts, risk, fraud, trading, etc.
Functional experience with Looker / Tableau or other data analytics tools.
Client Licenses: Series 7 and S63 required as well as S24 or S9/10.
Knowledge and respect for SEC/Client regulatory and compliance rules and regulations.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Team player and willing to jump in and help others on a regular basis.
Someone who thrives in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education:
Bachelors degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or other appropriate discipline
