Job Description

This project manager will have their hands in many various marketing communications projects working for a large organization's internal digital and creative agency.

  • Organize, attend and help facilitate marketing project kickoffs

  • Develop project forecasts, timelines, and budgets

  • Coordinate all project activities across multiple teams and disciplines

  • Provide routine project status updates to all stakeholders

  • Itemize and track costs to ensure projects and executed on budget

  • Identify and escalate concerns regarding project scope, timing and budget, as needed

  • Liaise between various stakeholders and team members to help facilitate smooth, timely communication

  • Evaluate completed projects and facilitate close process; debrief stakeholders as applicable
