Human Resources Generalist 

We are currently looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our corporate team in Southlake, Texas. Ideally, this person has a 4-year Business degree in Human Resources Management, or the like and at least 2 years’ working experience in a human resource setting. Our ideal candidate is professional, reliable, driven to succeed and diligent with responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the front-line support and answer employee requests and questions in various HR-related topics such as leaves, benefits, policies and resolve any issues that may arise in a timely manner.
  • Serve as resource for supervisory staff, explaining and interpreting personnel procedures and the implications of applicable laws and regulations, assisting, as needed, in the completion of necessary documentation of personnel matters by supervisory staff relating to disciplinary action, termination and evaluation.
  • Coordinate daily benefits processing, including enrollments, terminations, and claims.
  • Advise and inform employees of the details of the company's benefit programs.
  • Collaborate with payroll and ensure that employer contributions and payroll deductions are processed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Responsible for completing, processing & onboarding new hires while ensuring they receive all required training.
  • Assist in managing employee relation matters such as: investigations, employee concerns.
  • Support corrective action and employee terminations as needed.
  • Assist in development and implementation of Human Resources policies
  • Completes and maintains personnel files, ensuring that all documentation required by state regulations is accounted for.
  • Assists and coordinate with the Director of HR and Payroll Administrator with special duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, General Business, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 2 years on the job Human Resources experience.
  • Software: ADP experience preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
