BrighstStar Care is seeking an experience and compassionate Skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive assessment of patient's medical conditions and needs
- develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the team.
- Administer medications, treatments and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions, treatments and progress.
- communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated and optimal patient care.
Qualifications:
- Current and Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas.
- CPR & BLS Certification
- strong clinical skills and knowledge of home health care practices
- ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
