Seeking a dedicated and versatile Office Administrator/Accounting Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting, proficiency in QuickBooks Online, and prior experience in purchasing or administration within the industrial, logistics, or manufacturing sectors.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Process purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports.
Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting as needed.
Provide administrative support including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing office operations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Adapt to changing priorities and seamlessly transition between various duties as required.
Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company by actively participating in team efforts and taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
Embrace a flexible mindset and willingness to contribute beyond assigned duties as the company continues to expand.
Pay Details: $25.00 per hour

Our benefit offerings provide employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. In addition, our associates may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable.
