SUMMARY

The Sales Support Representative will lead the inside sales responsibilities for National and Government accounts. The individual will be tasked with Project and Reporting lead responsibilities to assist the National Accounts Team. This individual will be a key resource for the proper pricing and programs for governmental purchasing programs for HCMA.

DUTIES
  • Key review point for pricing, RFQ completion, and analysis for management
  • Assist the team with customer onboarding processes and ensure completion in a timely manner
  • Be the 'internal' voice of the Dealer, Customer, and National Account team to assist in driving change, solutions, and value for the business
  • Act as a liaison to the dealer channel and customer base, provide product/order/billing support, answer dealer inquiries, and resolve any emerging problems that dealers/customers may face with their orders and order strategy
  • Be the lead on projects assigned by the Director of National Accounts (CRM, reporting, etc.)
  • Manage governmental business/bids to include the Sourcewell Program
  • Assist the National Accounts Team with Requests for Proposal (RFPs) as needed
  • Manage the re-rent and demo logistics for all National Account customer needs
  • Manage National Account allocation and order fulfillment flow/process with Machine Planning, Inventory, and Sales Administration departments
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and always maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and internal stakeholders
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer concerns and complaints
  • Have basic knowledge of our products to address questions and escalate issues when needed
  • Keep accurate records of interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer sales/service process and offer feedback and ideas for gap closures, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.

  • Equipment order portal (IDMS)
  • Pricing and program management of governmental programs (Sourcewell, H-GAC, GSA, etc.)
  • Dealer engagement portal (Zinfi)
  • Dealer/customer account and address management
  • Sales onboarding process and workflows
  • Dealer sales process training
  • Business Plan strategy and implementation assistance to National Accounts
  • Manage reporting functions for internal and external stakeholders as necessary
REQUIREMENTS
  • Product knowledge (preferred but not mandatory)
  • People oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to multitask and set priorities
  • Technical capabilities (MS Office, Visio, CRM)
  • Demonstrated organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal, phone, written, and presentation skills for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to bring creative ideas and perspectives to drive value-based solutions
