Description of the Position: (Purpose of the Position):
This position will work closely with the Marketing and Communications office at St. Olaf College, acting to support and maintain an innovative marketing strategy of our brand voice across a variety of digital platforms. The ideal candidate has at least one year of both administrative and digital marketing experience, is well organized, social media savvy, a creative spirit, punctual, professional and can multi task. The candidate must be a quick learner who enjoys working independently.

Transferable Skills:
Drafting, proofing, editing, publish content and reports via digital tools

Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee our content management to ensure consistency across our website (wp.stolaf.edu) using WordPress as our platform. Maintain our relationships with AAA/AA staff to efficiently utilize WordPress on an ongoing basis. Produce reports across a variety of digital platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram and our website (wp.stolaf.edu)

Qualifications: (Education/Experience/Skills)
Students applying for this position must have strong problem solving skills. They also need to be adept at communicating with others and must be comfortable meeting with faculty and staff. They must be able to work independently, meet deadlines, and be detail-oriented.
