Consumer Marketing Manager

Medline Industries is seeking a highly skilled Consumer Marketing Manager to lead our retail commercialization efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of retail marketing strategies and activities that enhance immediate revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the development and execution of marketing and merchandising activities through sales channels.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design, consumer testing, and business opportunity sizing of new products.
- Develop recommendations for cross-divisional new product opportunities for retail business.
- Work with regional cross-functional partners to plan annual marketing calendars, inclusive of new launches, new features, and always-on plans to increase awareness of platforms and achieve revenue and consumer goals.
- Implement consumer multichannel tactical marketing plans.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to identify effective distribution channels.
- Collaborate with internal Sales, Divisions, and Creative Services to define effective sales channels for assigned products.
- Develop new product and brand launch campaigns.
- Explore new channels and markets.
- Identify resources and capabilities needed to enable execution of the innovation workstream.
- Define innovation roadmap cross-divisionally, integrating consumer needs, points of differentiation, and technology trends.
- Research and analyze the marketplace to identify new channel, partnership, and co-branding opportunities.
- Lead review of marketing performance and recommend adjustments to the marketing plan through routine hindsight.
- Measure, report out, and optimize marketing plans based on results.
- Lead customer-specific initiatives with internal teams and external teams, inclusive of strategizing with customers, internal product development, pricing, marketing, promotions, and more.
- Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field.
- At least 2 years of marketing, brand management, or innovation experience, including at least 1 year developing and executing marketing plans.
- Experience demonstrating various approaches to marketing, targeting, segmentation, and positioning for competitive advantage.
- Experience measuring effectiveness of marketing campaigns and revising tactics for success.
- Experience influencing, leading, and directing individuals in multiple functional areas.
- Experience presenting to customers and developing strategies for different channels.
- Microsoft Office working knowledge.
- Position requires travel up to 20% of the time for business purposes.
- At least 5 years of marketing, brand management, or innovation experience, including at least 3 years of developing and executing marketing plans.
- Experience in people management.
