Development Integration – Remote (U.S. based)

The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is seeking a Remote Digital Content Coordinator As a vital member of our digital marketing department, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns for The 700 Club and CBN brands. This role will contribute significantly to our mission, develop compelling campaigns, help coordinate campaigns across all CBN brands, share inspirational content, and foster a sense of community among our audience.

The ideal person will love working in a team environment and setting people up for success. This person is forward-looking and focused on planning ahead and communicating in detail across a large team. He or she will be able to maintain flexibility while creating a thorough plan across platforms, with no detail left unnoticed.

CBN is focused on creating multi-channel campaigns that resonate with our audience and donors and encourage people to join us on our mission of preaching the Gospel to the nations. This is an opportunity to be in the middle of the action for CBN and our family of ministries, with visibility into the wide variety of marketing initiatives at a large, multi-faceted ministry.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Experience and knowledge of how to optimize digital platforms and algorithms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and mobile
  • Experience in Project Management, ideally for marketing campaigns
  • Experience in content creation and managing digital video distribution environments
  • Ability to coordinate campaigns across both paid and organic social media
  • Ability to strategize and implement creative marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Asana experience, a major plus)
  • Ability to quickly learn current and emerging digital platforms and programs
  • Working knowledge of Hootsuite and Canva (or similar tools)
  • Ability to test multiple options, report accurate results, and use those results to inform future work
  • Ability to work independently in a structured, fast paced environment, frequently adapting to change
  • Ability to self-manage and be well organized, with strong attention to detail
  • Strong ability to maintain consistent punctuality and attendance
  • Flexible as needs and projects shift with ability to work some nights and weekends as needed
