Description

Digital Team Project Coordinator Internship

Teacher Created Materials is a 45+ year old, award-winning publisher of educational and trade books and digital products. We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Intern to join our team In this role, you'll leverage your passion for learning to support the successful execution of educational digital products.

Responsibilities:
  • Support and collaborate with the Digital Team in the production of audiobooks, audio assets, ebooks, PDF forms, videos, and other digital resources.
  • Create, prepare, and publish product files to TCM platforms, including management of content reports and manifests.
  • Manage content while converting print content to digital
  • Coordinate resources to perform quality assurance and acceptance testing processes by testing, logging bugs, and advocating for the user.
  • Perform quality control checks of final product assets to ensure correctness.
  • Assist in troubleshooting of issues identified by other departments and customers.
  • Create and manage project documentation, including meeting agendas, minutes, status reports, and metadata.
  • Facilitate communication between project stakeholders.
  • Utilize project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello) to track progress and maintain data accuracy.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support project goals.
  • Draft correspondence and presentation materials as needed.
Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience working with K-5 students in a classroom or program setting (a plus).
  • Understanding of basic educational curriculum and assessment practices (a plus).
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and meet project objectives.
  • Positive and professional demeanor with a willingness to learn.
