Conduct weekly standups with the project implementation team. Utilize in-app guidance and support to highlight product benefits. Educate users on core processes and features alongside instructor-led training. Leverage templates for implementation planning and schedule meetings via Calendly. Handle client questions and concerns professionally. Document and escalate bugs and enhancement requests. Create and approve Knowledge Base articles and manage client communications and project status in CRM tools like Salesforce. Collect user feedback through surveys, polls, interviews, and analyze product adoption metrics. Required Qualifications: Proficiency in MEP estimating platforms. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Excellent time management skills to meet aggressive goals and objectives. Preferred strong project management skills. Minimum of a 2-year college or technical institute diploma in construction, MEP trade, or engineering fields.
