Service Appointment Coordinator-New Car Dealer

Job Summary: We are looking for a Service Appointment Scheduler / Coordinator to join our growing team The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, be reliable, possess a positive attitude, be comfortable with speaking to customers on the phone and communicating via email. The day-to-day duties in this role include answering service department phones, booking service appointments, and contacting customers by phone and email regarding their satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming service department calls.
- Scheduling service appointments.
- Contact customers by phone and email regarding their satisfaction with recent service visit.
- Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Assist the parts department in making special order parts phone calls and converting them into service appointments.
- Filing and maintaining service customer records.
- Contacting extended warranty companies for prompt payment.
