Job Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and sending invoices, processing payments, and reconciling accounts.
  • Entering and maintaining product certifications and ensuring records are up to date.
  • Assist in contract closeout processes, including the verification of deliverables and settlement of final terms.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for all contractual matters, providing clarity and guidance as needed.
  • Maintain an organized database of contracts, amendments, and supporting documents.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure contract alignment with project goals.
  • Facilitate clear and accurate communication of contract terms with clients and vendors.
  • Customize contracts to meet unique project requirements, budgets, and timelines.
  • Monitor and ensure all parties meet contractual obligations, including deliverables, deadlines, and budgets.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with A&A Safety's policies and applicable regulations.
  • Identify potential risks or non-compliance issues and recommend resolutions.
  • Assisting with scheduling, tracking, and processing rental agreements and sales orders.
Requirements for the Contract Administrator position are:
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, law or a related field preferred. High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and word required.
  • Experience with Computer Ease and/or Accumatica is a plus.
