Software Asset Management Program Manager

The Software Asset Management Program Manager will play a critical role bridging cross functional teams to drive centralized software asset management policy and strategic outcomes. Collaborating effectively across the organization, you will establish and manage process, implement governance frameworks, and communicate data driven insights to achieve Software Asset Management strategic outcomes.
In this role, you will be responsible for:-
IDEXX Enterprise Software Catalog: Responsible for developing and maintaining the IDEXX Enterprise Software Catalog in partnership with various functions across the organization (i.e. IDEXX Software User Base, End User Architecture, Information Security). Facilitator and member of the IDEXX Software Governance Board.
Governance & Policy: Partner with IDEXX Software Governance Board to create and maintain software asset management policies to execute on strategic objectives.
Effective Collaboration: Work closely with end-users across the organization to collect feedback and ensure catalog relevance, usability, and overall compliance with IDEXX Enterprise Software Policy.
Analysis & Reporting: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Present data-driven recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Process Development: Develop efficient workflows in partnership with End User Architecture, and IT Service Delivery to coordinate the process by which enterprise software is requested, reviewed, and cataloged or removed.
Change Management: Promote awareness of IDEXX Software Policy and Processes in partnership with IT Communications through development of training and other resources.
Optimization: Partner to provide insights for cost and process optimization.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Demonstrated experience in IT Asset Management or similar role.
Proficiency in asset management and asset management software and tools.
Ability to work cross-functionally and independently prioritizing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Outcome driven self-starter, able to effectively handle multiple demands and meet deadlines with limited supervision.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail oriented.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
Capability performing data analysis and communication of findings.
Ability to work with partners to understand needs and communicate to various levels of the organization.
Experience with design and implementation of governance and associated processes.
Experience navigating projects with change management aspects.
Ability to organize, prioritize and direct work activities.
