In this role you will help drive demand through physical events like tradeshows, meetups, and local events across North America. As a key member of a small, but mighty Marketing team, you will help plan and execute events in tight collaboration with the rest of the Demand-gen Marketing and Sales teams to help bring digital accessibility testing to developers, designers, compliance leaders and accessibility advocates everywhere. Our ideal candidate for the Field Events Marketing Manager position knows exactly what it takes to make an impact at a variety of tech tradeshows, how to put on a compelling roadshow and how to enable local Sales teams to host delightful event experiences. Primary Responsibilities Establish and execute a systematic approach to conference event management and logistics. Manage and measure the success of events. Running point on conference attendance, booth staffing, lead collection, communicate with conference organizers, and provide onsite help to Deque team. Assist in the creation of supporting digital assets surrounding an event, like, landing pages, emails, event resources. Marketing supplies management, including promotional items and event materials. Contribute to the marketing calendar by proposing and vetting new ideas as well as hitting deadlines. Requirements 4+ years of experience managing and executing events in B2B tech. Highly organized and detail driven. Experience listing to prospects, customers and Sales to continually improve event experiences and outcomes.
