Job Duties Include:

  • Performs a variety of duties to ensure the organization is engaged with the procurement department and P2P processes.
  • The Procurement Liaison will work with all stakeholders, including Construction, Facilities, Finance, Legal, Requesters and Medical Center Leadership at all facilities in performing daily tasks/responsibilities.
  • This position has a fiduciary and customer relations responsibility.
  • Performs a variety of duties to ensure the organization is engaged with the procurement department and P2P processes.
  • Procure Capital Equipment, Construction Services, and Medical Surgical Products in accordance with all contractual and Financial requirements.
  • Work with all stakeholders, including Construction, Facilities, Finance, Legal, Requesters and Medical Center Leadership at all facilities in performing daily tasks/responsibilities.
  • This position has a fiduciary and customer relations responsibility to protect assets and best interest in all purchasing related activities.
  • Responsibilities include project management, supplier performance management, sourcing, pricing/contract negotiation, order placement/tracking/delivery, service excellence, problems solving, root cause analysis, strategy development, and invoicing accuracy.
Desired Experience
  • 3 years of procurement experience
  • Healthcare experince
  • Workday is preferred
