Endpoint Security Solutions Engineer

Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Endpoint Security Solutions Engineer to join our team in Alexandria, VA. A Secret security clearance is required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide support for Endpoint Security Solutions across various organizations in the National Capital Region
  • Install, maintain, and customize Trellix software and clients to meet standards
  • Perform performance tuning, troubleshoot issues, and provide solution engineering support
  • Update software, develop and manage custom ESS signatures
  • Monitor and audit configurations to ensure security systems are operational and compliant

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of IT experience with 2+ years working with Trellix ePolicy Orchestrator and clients in a DoD environment
  • Active Secret clearance, DoD 8570 IAT II, and CSSP Infrastructure Support certifications
  • Experience with Windows Server 2016 or higher and strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cybersecurity experience in Computer Incident Response
  • Understanding of cybersecurity threats, attack vectors, and malware analysis concepts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
