Job location: Jersey City / Irving, TX / Tampa, FL

Job Description

  • As a Senior UX Researcher key to the development of the digital products.
  • Working in concert with Product and Engineering partners and UX Design colleagues applying the skills and experience to generate and leverage a wide variety of research methods testing metrics and insights to ensure design and product direction is based firmly on solid a foundation of research.
  • 5+ years of relevant UX Research experience extensive hands-on experience leading qualitative and quantitative UX research in a product design environment across the Design Thinking stages leading and conducting generative and evaluative user research tools
  • Perform Research Design Data Analysis Collaboration
  • Reporting User Advocacy Continuous Improvement
  • Lead a wide variety of research including user interviews co-creation journey mapping usability and concept tests and surveys ensuring that results are delivered and shared.
  • Design and execute research studies that follow research best practices and methodologies.
  • Collaborate and share research findings and insights across the organization
  • Provide guidance and rigor around research methodologies and best practices
  • Work closely with UX Designers to ensure they have all the details they need to generate detailed UX designs.
  • Keep up to date with the latest UX practices innovations and tools.
  • Proficiency in research methods and tools (e.g. usability interviews surveys data analysis software).
