[Partial Job Description: [Accurately record and maintain all assets in the Districts asset inventory database. [Track inventory levels and manage asset provision to ensure departmental needs are met. [Perform routine procurement activities, including soliciting bids and acquiring equipment, vehicles, materials, tools, and other items. [Coordinate with Operations, Field and Maintenance departments to identify and fulfill the departments asset needs. [Perform routine procurement tasks under the guidance of Operations, Field and Maintenance supervisors and/or the Director of Engineering and Operations. [Understand and apply policies and legal requirements related to procurement and inventory management.
