    • Design and deliver training sessions and workshops to ensure the sales team can confidently speak to and sell our products and services.
    • Foster strong relationships with sales leadership and individual sales representatives to understand their challenges, provide support, and gather feedback on sales enablement initiatives.
    • Work closely with the Revenue Marketing and Revenue Operations teams to ensure we're effectively supporting and enabling new business initiatives that impact how the sales team goes to market.
You might be a good fit if you have:
    • 3-5 years of experience in a product marketing, sales enablement, or related role, preferably in the B2B technology space.
    • Familiarity or experience with sales enablement software, such as Seismic or Highspot.
    • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and the ability to align sales enablement strategies with business objectives.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, concise, and compelling messages.
    • Demonstrated ability to create high-quality sales collateral and supporting materials, including presentations, sell sheets, talking points, and objection handling - working with marketing as needed.
    • Project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
    • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build cross-functional relationships and work across multiple teams.
Why we think you'll love it here:
