This is an authentication and VPN change for all US users, which will drive an increase in ServiceDesk calls. They are looking to bring in 4 technicians that can address those calls while their team focuses on their day-to-day operations. • Prior experience providing IT Support within an enterprise environment. • Experience utilizing an enterprise ticketing tool. (They use ServiceNow) • Experience troubleshooting VPN connectivity issues. • MFA experience.
