Job Description: We are seeking compassionate and flexible Behavioral Health Technicians to work full-time 12-hour shifts in Mesa, AZ. Our ideal candidate is passionate about working with behavioral health patients, can think critically and quickly in challenging situations, and has at least 6 months of direct hands-on patient care experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care and support in a behavioral health setting.
  • Monitor and document patient behavior and progress.
  • Assist with daily living activities and therapeutic interventions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 months of hands-on patient care experience.
  • Ability to be flexible with shift assignments (day or night, including weekends).
  • Strong critical thinking and quick decision-making skills.
  • Passionate about working with behavioral health patients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay Details: $16.00 to $21.00 per hour
