Field Sales Representative

We are looking for a passionate sales representative to market our services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing contact with existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and following up on potential leads.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Generate sales reports each week and submitting them to management
  • Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and attempt to turn those prospects into customers
  • Collaborate with the management team to improve marketing materials and expand the company's marketing presence in our area
  • Attend industry trade shows to accumulate new leads and make productive contact with existing clients
  • Update client information in the company contact database
  • Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth
Experience
  • 2 years experience in business administration or related field required
  • 2 years field sales experience
  • Strong computer skills and understanding of spreadsheet software
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working with little to no direction
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills


Salary, Commission, and Reimbursements

  1. SALARY
  • A salary of $15,600 per year will be paid in 24 equal payments of $650 to the Sales Representative for sales and services as described in the attached position description.
  • The duties and responsibilities will be as directed by the employer under the direction of the Director of Business Development and Marketing and may be varied to allow the employer to respond to changes to its requirements.

  1. COMMISSIONS AND RENEWALS
  • Commission Report is to be filled out and forwarded to the DBDM with a copy of each signed contract two days before
  • Commissions will be paid twice per month.
  • Commissions will be paid after the employer receives the second payment of monthly invoiced amount.
  • Commissions are paid as follows:
  • Janitorial Service (of the monthly contract amount): 50%
  • Hard Surface Floor Work (performed by employers): 20%
  • Work Subcontracted Out (of Net): 25%
  • Construction and One Time Cleans: 20%
  • Consumables (after the upcharge) (of Net): 25%
  • Catalogue Items (of Net): 15%
  • Renewal Commissions (of monthly contract amount) 25%
