Job Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead end-to-end project management for mobile and web app development projects, from initiation to delivery, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively collaborate and communicate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather project requirements, establish clear project objectives, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Resource Allocation: Assess project resource requirements, allocate resources appropriately, and ensure efficient utilization of team members' skills and expertise to maximize project outcomes.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and expertise to project teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers, to ensure the successful implementation of mobile and web app solutions.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks, assess their potential impact, and develop strategies to mitigate risks proactively. Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Collaborate with the finance team to develop project budgets, track project costs, and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality assurance processes, ensuring that project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess project management processes and methodologies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present project status reports, progress updates, and key performance indicators to stakeholders, senior management, and clients. Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, requirements, and technical specifications.
  • Team Leadership and Mentorship: Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior project managers and project team members, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 to 4 years proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, leading mobile and web app development projects.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, particularly Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Strong technical acumen and the ability to understand complex technical concepts and architectures.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
