POSITION: Director of Marketing

SHIFT: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

PAY RATE: Competitive Salary (Depending on Experience) + Full Benefits Package

LOCATION: Fargo, ND
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Director of Marketing will plan, develop, and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing strategic content and executing successful B2B marketing campaigns. A successful candidate will demonstrate the leadership skills necessary to work cross-functionally and oversee and prioritize the department's workload.
ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy in alignment with overarching business goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage small marketing team to deliver high-quality work within deadlines, prioritize projects and workloads.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of all marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising for brand and four divisions of products.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
  • In collaboration with the in-house team and agency partners, monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies to evaluate their effectiveness and optimize accordingly.
  • Support internal and external communications initiatives.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep the company ahead in the competitive landscape.
  • Oversee company website maintenance and development across in-house team and agency partners.
  • Develop and support PR and trade media opportunities.
  • Work in partnership with key stakeholders to advance the revenue goals of the company.
  • Embrace and demonstrate the qualities of the TrueNorth Steel Game Changer definition.
  • Prompt and dependable attendance.
